
We make our own 48-72-hour pizza dough using a mix of Italian flours in the authentic traditional way. As a result, our pizza is super fluffy, light and easy to digest.
Our unique pizzas are distinguishable by their slightly more pronounced cornicione (crust) which is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. There are no shortcuts on making dough, the end result is 100% worth it, but we will let you be the judge of that!
